Our finnish and infrared sauna is available on the 3rd floor of Hotel Soča.

Reservation in advance is required.

Due to seismic construction, the wireless internet connection is weak.

NIGHT ENTRANCE

The hotel closes at 10 pm. From that time on, the use of the main entrance, elevator and hotel lobby is not possible. If you arrive at the hotel after 10 pm, please use the night entrance. To open the night entrance place the room keycard you recieved at the reception in the designated place.

BREAKFAST

Every day from 7:30 to 10 am.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

HOUSEKEEPING

In an effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our housekeeping is always at your service.

If you need your room to be cleaned, please press the Room service button next to the door panel.

In Hotel Soča we are environmentally friendly, if you need to replace towels we kindly ask you to leave them on the floor.

Housekeepers will not replace towels that are hanging on the racks.

FITNESS

A modernly equiped fitness can be found on the 3rd floor of Hotel Soča. Use of fitness is free for the hotel guests.

Kids under 14 years old are not allowed to use the gym.

PETS

Your pets are welcome at the Hotel Soča, however pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

In case of any damage caused by pets to the furniture/carpet of the room, extra charges will be applied.

OUTDOOR POOL

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which is located behind the hotel.

Free for the hotel guests. Only available in the summer season.

SMART MIRROR

all the hotel rooms are equipped with smart mirrors.

You can connect the smart mirror to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and play the music you want.

If a password is required, enter the four-digit number: 0000.

KEYCARD

Please insert your keycard into the designated slit next to the room's door to turn the power on.

The keycard must be returned to the reception prior to checking out.

In case of it not being returned, extra charges may be applied (10 €/keycard).

TOWELS & BATHROBE FOR SPA

Ask for towels and bathrobes for Spa at the Reception.

In case they are not returned, extra charges will be applied.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

Smoking on the hotel premises is not allowed.

If you choose to smoke in the room a penalty of 150 € will be applied

VISITS

Visits are allowed until 10 pm, if they are previously reported to the reception desk.

PARKING

Please park your vehicle on the parking spot behind the Hotel.

Hotel Soča is not liable for any damage to your car.

AIR CONDITIONING

For the AC to work, the keycard must be inserted into the slit.

The AC switch is located on the wall. Press the up/down arrow to regulate the temperature.

The AC turns off by pressing the power button.

SOČA RAFTING SPORT CENTER

Bovec is known as a city of sports and adrenaline.

The Sport Center is located in the Hotel lobby.

There you can choose between different activities (zipline, rafting, canyoning and kayaking) and ski rental equipment.

FIRE ALARM

In the event of fire follow the evacuation plan. Go to the staircase located in the middle of the hotel and leave the building.

MINI BAR

You can find a basic selection of drinks in the mini-bar in your room, along with a list on which you have to mark the items you have used. If your mini-bar has not been filled with the products you wish, please contact the reception desk.

SAFE

Please keep your cash, jewellery and other waluables locked in the safe that you can find in your wardrobe. The hotel is not liable for valuables left in your hotel room.

INVENTORY

Please do not move the hotel inventory in the hotel rooms and other areas. We ask you to protect and keep an eye on the hotel inventory for mutual benefit. In case of damage of the inventory, we reserve the right to charge the damage.

MALFUNCTIONS

Device malfunction may occur, despite the regular maintenance.

In case of any malfunction, please contact the reception desk staff, which will make sure it is remedied as soon as possible.

LUGGAGE

Please ask at the reception desk if you need help with your luggage.

DO NOT DISTURB

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on your door.

TELEVISION PROGRAMME

Each room is equiped with a television, offering numerous channels in different languages. The guide is listed in the section TV Programmes.

CREDIT CARD

You can pay for all of the services of the hotel by credit card. We accept the following cards: Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.

DEPARTURE

Please leave your room by 11 am on the day of your departure. If you need to extend your stay or leave your luggage in your room, please contact the reception desk. Late check-out is charged in accordance with the price list.

WINE AND BEER BAR

The bar is located in the hotel lobby. Besides wine and local craft beers we also offer warm beverages and a wide range of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from 8 am to 8 pm.

ELEVATOR

To ensure their safety, children can only use the elevator when accompanied by a parent. In case of a fire, please do not use the elevator.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

Please ask the reception desk staff.

IRONING BOARD

If you would like to iron your clothes, an ironing board together with an iron will be delivered at your request. Please contact the reception staff.

PILLOWS / EXTRA LINEN

If you need extra pillows, bed sheets, towels or similar, please ask at the reception desk or the housekeeping staff.

HAIR DRYER

A hair dryer is provided in all hotel bathrooms.

BUS TERMINAL

It is located 50 m from the Hotel Soča, on the right side of the road.

PETROL STATION

It is located 1 km from the Hotel Soča. The electric charging is located in the parking lot next to the hotel or the parking lot of the A station of the Kanin ski cable car. For more information contact the reception desk.

DOCTOR

The health center is located 600 m from the hotel (address: Kot 65, 5230 Bovec). If you need a doctor, call the following numbers:

In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there is a grocery store.

Post office is located in the center of the town Bovec. The post office also provides bank services.
